THE SERVICE

The Grid provides a real-time Formula 1 intelligence dashboard, including live timing data, championship analytics, tyre strategy information, weather forecasting, and circuit data. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use by Formula 1 fans.

ACCOUNTS

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the service

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING

    Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No credit card is required to start your trial.
  

After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription at $9.99/month
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period
Payments are processed securely by Stripe
We do not offer refunds for partial months
Lifetime access (where offered) is a one-time payment for perpetual access to the service as it exists and evolves

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the service
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our data feeds
Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission
Share, resell, or redistribute access to the service
Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures

DATA AND CONTENT

Live timing data is sourced from OpenF1, an open-source Formula 1 data provider. Championship standings, circuit data, and weather information are provided for informational purposes. The Grid makes no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of this data.

Formula 1, F1, and related marks are trademarks of Formula One Licensing BV. The Grid is an independent fan product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, FIA, or any F1 team.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep The Grid available 24/7, particularly during race weekends. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Live timing data depends on third-party APIs (OpenF1) which may experience outages beyond our control.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Grid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that live data will always be accurate or current.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Grid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email.
